Laissez refroidir pour qu&#8217;une &#8220;cro\u00fbte&#8221; se forme.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">**\u00c9tape 4 : La Cr\u00e8me P\u00e2tissi\u00e8re (Krimet Hlou)**<br>1.
