D\u00e8s son jeune \u00e2ge, elle se consacrait activement aux arts visuels en participant \u00e0 des expositions locales. Elle a \u00e9galement \u00e9t\u00e9 membre de plusieurs clubs de th\u00e9\u00e2tre o\u00f9 ses talents d’actrice et de r\u00e9alisatrice ont rapidement commenc\u00e9 \u00e0 \u00e9clore.<\/p>\n<p>Apr\u00e8s des \u00e9tudes en communication et en marketing, Hajar Regragui a travaill\u00e9 pour des soci\u00e9t\u00e9s publiques marocaines comme OCP Group, o\u00f9 elle a occup\u00e9 diverses fonctions dans le domaine de la communication et de l’image. Cependant, sa passion pour les arts visuels ne s’est jamais att\u00e9nu\u00e9e.<\/p>\n<h2>Le passage \u00e0 une carri\u00e8re culturelle<\/h2>\n<p>En 2018, Hajar Regragui a rejoint le Marrakech Biennale comme directrice de communication. C’\u00e9tait une opportunit\u00e9 exceptionnelle pour elle de se consacrer enti\u00e8rement \u00e0 la culture marocaine et de collaborer avec des professionnels de haut niveau.<\/p>\n<p>En 2019, Hajar Regragui a accept\u00e9 le poste de Cheffe de projet de l’Institut du Patrimoine Marocain (IPM) dans le cadre du programme ‘Maroc en Sc\u00e8ne’. Ce programme visait \u00e0 promouvoir les arts et la culture marocaines au niveau international, et Hajar Regragui \u00e9tait d\u00e9sign\u00e9e pour coordonner des projets de coop\u00e9ration entre l’IPM et diverses institutions culturelles \u00e9trang\u00e8res.<\/p>\n<p>Hajar Regragui a \u00e9galement fond\u00e9 en 2020 la soci\u00e9t\u00e9 ‘Culture \u00e0 la Carte’, qui vise \u00e0 promouvoir les arts visuels marocains au niveau international. Elle est actuellement directrice de cette soci\u00e9t\u00e9 et continue \u00e0 travailler pour le Marrakech Biennale.<\/p>\n<h2>Un changement culturel significatif<\/h2>\n<p>Bien que Hajar Regragui soit encore relativement jeune, elle a d\u00e9j\u00e0 eu un impact consid\u00e9rable sur la promotion de la culture marocaine. Sous sa direction, le Marrakech Biennale a grandi et s’est diversifi\u00e9 en offrant une plateforme pour les artistes marocains et \u00e9trangers.<\/p>\n<p>Hajar Regragui est \u00e9galement cr\u00e9dit\u00e9e de la promotion du th\u00e9\u00e2tre marocain au niveau international. En 2019, elle a \u00e9t\u00e9 responsable de l’organisation d’une tourn\u00e9e internationale avec des repr\u00e9sentations du spectacle ‘La Femme sans T\u00eate’ (The Headless Woman) de l’actrice et r\u00e9alisatrice marocaine Nadia Lakhdari.<\/p>\n<p>Enfin, la soci\u00e9t\u00e9 ‘Culture \u00e0 la Carte’ a permis aux artistes marocains d’exposer leurs \u0153uvres en Europe et au Moyen-Orient. Hajar Regragui croit fermement que les arts visuels marocains doivent \u00eatre promus au niveau international pour leur faire conna\u00eetre leur valeur.<\/p>\n<h2>Un mod\u00e8le pour d’autres<\/h2>\n<p>Hajar Regragui est un exemple de pers\u00e9v\u00e9rance et de succ\u00e8s dans la promotion de la culture marocaine. Elle montre que les femmes peuvent occuper des postes de responsabilit\u00e9 cl\u00e9s dans le secteur culturel, tout en poursuivant leur passion pour l’art.<\/p>\n<p>Elle est \u00e9galement un mod\u00e8le pour les jeunes Marocains qui r\u00eavent de poursuivre une carri\u00e8re dans la culture. D\u00e8s son jeune \u00e2ge, elle se consacrait activement aux arts visuels en participant \u00e0 des expositions locales. Elle a \u00e9galement \u00e9t\u00e9 membre de plusieurs clubs de th\u00e9\u00e2tre o\u00f9 ses talents d’actrice et de r\u00e9alisatrice ont rapidement commenc\u00e9 \u00e0 \u00e9clore.<\/p>\n<p>Apr\u00e8s des \u00e9tudes en communication et en marketing, Hajar Regragui a travaill\u00e9 pour des soci\u00e9t\u00e9s publiques marocaines comme OCP Group, o\u00f9 elle a occup\u00e9 diverses fonctions dans le domaine de la communication et de l’image. Cependant, sa passion pour les arts visuels ne s’est jamais att\u00e9nu\u00e9e.<\/p>\n<h2>Le passage \u00e0 une carri\u00e8re culturelle<\/h2>\n<p>En 2018, Hajar Regragui a rejoint le Marrakech Biennale comme directrice de communication. C’\u00e9tait une opportunit\u00e9 exceptionnelle pour elle de se consacrer enti\u00e8rement \u00e0 la culture marocaine et de collaborer avec des professionnels de haut niveau.<\/p>\n<p>En 2019, Hajar Regragui a accept\u00e9 le poste de Cheffe de projet de l’Institut du Patrimoine Marocain (IPM) dans le cadre du programme ‘Maroc en Sc\u00e8ne’. Ce programme visait \u00e0 promouvoir les arts et la culture marocaines au niveau international, et Hajar Regragui \u00e9tait d\u00e9sign\u00e9e pour coordonner des projets de coop\u00e9ration entre l’IPM et diverses institutions culturelles \u00e9trang\u00e8res.<\/p>\n<p>Hajar Regragui a \u00e9galement fond\u00e9 en 2020 la soci\u00e9t\u00e9 ‘Culture \u00e0 la Carte’, qui vise \u00e0 promouvoir les arts visuels marocains au niveau international. Elle est actuellement directrice de cette soci\u00e9t\u00e9 et continue \u00e0 travailler pour le Marrakech Biennale.<\/p>\n<h2>Un changement culturel significatif<\/h2>\n<p>Bien que Hajar Regragui soit encore relativement jeune, elle a d\u00e9j\u00e0 eu un impact consid\u00e9rable sur la promotion de la culture marocaine. Sous sa direction, le Marrakech Biennale a grandi et s’est diversifi\u00e9 en offrant une plateforme pour les artistes marocains et \u00e9trangers.<\/p>\n<p>Hajar Regragui est \u00e9galement cr\u00e9dit\u00e9e de la promotion du th\u00e9\u00e2tre marocain au niveau international. En 2019, elle a \u00e9t\u00e9 responsable de l’organisation d’une tourn\u00e9e internationale avec des repr\u00e9sentations du spectacle ‘La Femme sans T\u00eate’ (The Headless Woman) de l’actrice et r\u00e9alisatrice marocaine Nadia Lakhdari.<\/p>\n<p>Enfin, la soci\u00e9t\u00e9 ‘Culture \u00e0 la Carte’ a permis aux artistes marocains d’exposer leurs \u0153uvres en Europe et au Moyen-Orient. Hajar Regragui croit fermement que les arts visuels marocains doivent \u00eatre promus au niveau international pour leur faire conna\u00eetre leur valeur.<\/p>\n<h2>Un mod\u00e8le pour d’autres<\/h2>\n<p>Hajar Regragui est un exemple de pers\u00e9v\u00e9rance et de succ\u00e8s dans la promotion de la culture marocaine. Elle montre que les femmes peuvent occuper des postes de responsabilit\u00e9 cl\u00e9s dans le secteur culturel, tout en poursuivant leur passion pour l’art.<\/p>\n<p>Elle est \u00e9galement un mod\u00e8le pour les jeunes Marocains qui r\u00eavent de poursuivre une carri\u00e8re dans la culture.
