Ils ont \u00e9t\u00e9 invent\u00e9s au d\u00e9but du XXe si\u00e8cle par les Allemands qui occupaient l&#8217;Alg\u00e9rie \u00e0 cette \u00e9poque. Les cocas \u00e9taient alors appel\u00e9s \u00ab Bismarkteller \u00bb, nom qui a \u00e9t\u00e9 arabis\u00e9 en \u00ab Coca \u00bb. Passez encore 5 minutes en four.<\/li>\n<li><b>Service<\/b> : retirez les cocas du four et laissez-les refroidir quelques minutes avant de servir, afin que la p\u00e2te soit facile \u00e0 manger.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<h2>Conseils<\/h2>\n<p>Les cocas peuvent \u00e9galement \u00eatre pr\u00e9par\u00e9s avec des poivrons rouges ou jaunes.
