Il s’agit d’une soupe \u00e0 base de f\u00e8ves et est g\u00e9n\u00e9ralement servi avec du pain ou des petits boules de semoule appel\u00e9es khobz.<\/p>\n<h2>Harira : La soupe parfaite<\/h2>\n<p>Harira est une autre recette populaire pendant la p\u00e9riode du Ramadan. C’est une soupe l\u00e9g\u00e8re et aromatique \u00e0 base de lentilles, haricots verts, oignons, tomates et herbes fra\u00eeches.<\/p>\n<h2>Bastilla : Le plat embl\u00e9matique<\/h2>\n<p>La bastilla est le plat marocain le plus connu \u00e0 l’\u00e9tranger. Il s’agit d’un pie qui contient des morceaux de poulet marin\u00e9, des prunes s\u00e9ch\u00e9es et des noisettes dans une p\u00e2te feuillet\u00e9e appel\u00e9e msemen ou khobz.<\/p>\n<h2>Ktefs : Les petits g\u00e2teaux frits<\/h2>\n<p>Les ktefs sont des g\u00e2teaux frits \u00e0 base de semoule et de l\u00e9gumes. Ils peuvent \u00eatre pr\u00e9par\u00e9s de diff\u00e9rentes mani\u00e8res, avec par exemple du poivron, de la carotte ou de l’\u00e9pinard.<\/p>\n<h2>Halfi : Le dessert marocain traditionnel<\/h2>\n<p>Le halfi est un dessert \u00e0 base de f\u00e8ves et de miel. C’est une soupe l\u00e9g\u00e8re et aromatique \u00e0 base de lentilles, haricots verts, oignons, tomates et herbes fra\u00eeches.<\/p>\n<h2>Bastilla : Le plat embl\u00e9matique<\/h2>\n<p>La bastilla est le plat marocain le plus connu \u00e0 l’\u00e9tranger.
