Fond\u00e9e en 1148, la ville a connu une croissance rapide gr\u00e2ce \u00e0 la d\u00e9couverte de sources thermales.<\/p>\n<p>Les \u00e9changes commerciaux entre le Maghreb et la France ont toujours \u00e9t\u00e9 importants pour cette ville, ce qui explique l’influence marocaine visible dans sa gastronomie.
