Il semblerait que le plat aurait \u00e9t\u00e9 introduit en Afrique du Nord par les Ottomans au XVIIe si\u00e8cle. \u00c0 l&#8217;\u00e9poque, il \u00e9tait pr\u00e9par\u00e9 lors des grandes r\u00e9unions familiales et des f\u00eates religieuses. Aujourd&#8217;hui, on le trouve dans tous les march\u00e9s des villes alg\u00e9riennes, marocaines et tunisiennes.<\/p>\n<h2>Ingr\u00e9dients pour 6-8 personnes<\/h2>\n<ul>\n<li><b>1 kg de p\u00e2te feuillet\u00e9e<\/b> \u2014 d\u00e9gaz\u00e9e et \u00e0 temp\u00e9rature ambiante.
